Aquabliss Seven Hills is an indoor swimming facility based in Seven Hills, in the Greater Sydney region of Sydney, NSW and is one of the swimming schools run under the Aquabliss group.

Requirement

The indoor swim centre was suffering a severe shortage of seating in peak times. The seating needed to be safe for children with wet feet and no footwear. The seating also had to cater for parents and friends during swim lessons or swim carnivals.

Solution

The business manager had used Grandstands Australia (BAB) in other swim centres she manages. She contacted us in October 2022 to look at the available options.

Following a site visit and measure the best option was a GS4-10m 5tier Grandstand. The GS4 had all the safety inclusions such as – enclosed safety rails, step access rails and anti-slip + sight impaired steps and step bullnose. This covers the important OH&S + Public Liability issues faced by such venues. The 20-year warranty and Structural Certificate gives further peace of mind to the business.

GSA manufactured the Grandstand prior to Christmas and was ready to be installed during the Christmas break. The installation was completed in one day with little disruption to the running of the swim centre.
